I retired in 2001 after a 25 year career working in the high technology industry. Retiring has given me the time to focus on investing, consulting and board activities. Today I sit on the board of directors, or consult to several public and private companies and venture capital funds.
My professional career includes senior level executive positions in both public and private companies. These include Quantum Corp. (EVP, Worldwide Sales & Marketing), Snap Appliances, Inc. (President & CEO), ShareWave, Inc. (President & CEO), Compaq Computer Corp. (VP & GM, North American Operations) and AST Research, Inc. (President & COO).
I have been a frequent participant at key industry events, and have been a speaker on numerous occasions including events such as The Churchill Club, Comdex, Demo, Digital Living Room and Technology Outlook.
I am currently a member of the Asia America Multi-Technology Association, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Golden Capital Network. I am also a venture partner in the DFJ Frontier fund.
